Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, with college experience being preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead/facilitate meetings. Proven multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making abilities are required, as is advanced computer proficiency with the O365 suite and reporting databases. Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Team Lead will regularly review processor performance, providing coaching and training to address gaps, and serve as the initial point of contact for team members regarding escalations. They will collect and disseminate daily metrics, respond to client and internal inquiries professionally, and resolve escalated internal inquiries. The role involves providing feedback on operational improvements, collaborating on planning and strategy sessions, and partnering with outside vendors. Processing events as needed and overseeing the team in the supervisor's absence are also key duties.
