Responsibilities

The Zuora Billing and Compensation Lead is responsible for end-to-end system solutions within the Brightspeed telecom suite, focusing on billing and compensation management domains. This role involves solution architecting, configuring Zuora billing and payments, and translating business processes into Zuora solutions. Responsibilities include project scoping, requirement analysis, building product catalogs, providing subject matter expertise and business process consulting, and deploying Zuora changes to improve billing operations. The lead will also define and implement integration points with other cloud applications like Salesforce, Payment gateways, and SAP, and develop business process automation using Zuora workflows for refunds, billing, and fees. Additionally, they will configure Zuora for POCs, integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud, manage Zuora bill templates, build custom reports, and provide status updates to stakeholders on SLAs and issue resolution.
