The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a preference for experience in SaaS companies. Proficiency with accounting software such as Tipalti, Rippling, and NetSuite is strongly preferred, along with a solid understanding of US GAAP and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices in Tipalti, and preparing monthly Accounts Payable reports for management. This role involves assisting with month-end close activities, maintaining the vendor database, managing vendor relationships, auditing employee expense reports, reconciling credit card transactions, supporting annual audits, and preparing annual Form 1099 filings.
