Requirements

Candidates must have 5 or more years of Workforce Management experience, comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. Prior experience with workforce management software such as Aspect Workforce Management, NICE/IEX, or Blue Pumpkin is preferred, as is a Bachelor's degree or other advanced degree and previous experience in Process or Project Management. Short-range forecast experience and strong quantitative and mathematical skills are also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Workforce Management Professional will apply and integrate advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics, and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making, including staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity, and human resource compliance. This role involves assessing organizational staffing, identifying requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives, and providing analysis of talent and staffing needs based on enterprise-level strategic planning. The professional will also influence department strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach for project components, working without direction and exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches.
