Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in customer support, operations, or a related field, along with proficiency in customer account tools such as Salesforce and Confluence. They must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain sustained relationships with corporate, enterprise, and SMB customers, and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Furthermore, candidates should be self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while navigating uncertainty and ambiguity, and have experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office products.

Responsibilities

The Customer Operations Partner will manage projects and implementations for strategic Roadie partners, oversee day-to-day deliverables for each assigned account ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, promote retention and overall customer success through high-quality service, build strong working relationships with account stakeholders, regularly create and run reports on assigned accounts analyzing results and sharing findings, prioritize and escalate issues and trends in collaboration with various departments, and develop an expertise in Roadie’s systems and resources to promote positive customer outcomes.
