About the Role

The company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to help amplify the stories of their enterprise customers. This role involves crafting compelling content that highlights the impact Jasper has on clients’ strategies, workflows, and outcomes. A key aspect of the role is building relationships with customers and finding creative ways to showcase their stories and insights that resonate with both their needs and the audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust customer reference database, identifying key enterprise customers whose stories will resonate most with our target audience.
  • Craft high-quality, engaging customer stories across multiple mediums and channels—such as case studies, thought leadership content, video testimonials, co-branded marketing materials, social media, and PR efforts.
  • Identify and prepare customers to speak at industry events, hosted events and webinars, and internal meetings, serving as champions of Jasper.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to identify high-impact customer stories and align on strategic opportunities to drive adoption and retention.
  • Track the success of customer marketing efforts, measuring ROI, engagement, and the influence on pipeline and revenue growth.
