Responsibilities

  • Portfolio & Backlog Management: Maintain a single pipeline of clinical transformation work, prioritizing by impact and cost-benefit
  • Project Execution & Pilot Management: Lead end-to-end planning, rollout, and evaluation of initiatives; oversee pilots and guide successful scale-up
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Align Coaching, Product, Analytics, and provider leaders on goals, deliverables, and timelines; surface risks and unblock issues quickly
  • Process Improvement & Change Enablement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and reduce provider/nurse effort; craft clear communications and training assets for smooth adoption
  • Data, Reporting & Documentation: Leverage insights to guide decisions, track success metrics, and keep project artifacts and SOPs current
  • Culture & Continuous Improvement: Reinforce Virta values and a learning mindset, keeping clinicians connected to progress without reducing patient-care time
