Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers via email and phone
  • Accept customer complaints and ensure competent, solution-oriented handling
  • Solve tricky cases and get to the bottom of problems
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues on more difficult issues to develop solutions and procedures together
  • Process cancellations and withdrawals, as well as contract transfers and new move-ins
  • Create, check, and send invoices, and initiate payments such as refunds
  • Identify improvement potential and participate in its implementation
  • Work closely with specialists from market communication
