Lead customer-focused culture in kitchen and retail floor for exceptional experiences
Drive sales growth through culinary and retail strategies
Analyze daily performance metrics and optimize store performance
Meet/exceed culinary goals (e.g., class sign-ups, product sales, guest feedback)
Ensure compliance with food safety, health codes, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
Maintain safe, efficient kitchen environment and handle tools/ingredients properly
Manage inventory, minimize shrink, and control expenses
