A strong foundation in software engineering and the ability to design beginner-friendly learning experiences are essential. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with non-traditional learners and career changers.
The founding faculty member will co-develop the Vibe Coding 101 curriculum in collaboration with Campus and Replit's education team, designing engaging lessons that integrate Python fundamentals with AI-assisted development. Responsibilities include leading weekly live classes, providing asynchronous support through office hours and project feedback, and mentoring students. The role also involves collaborating with teaching assistants and instructional designers, adapting course content based on student needs and platform updates, and participating in program strategy discussions for a broader degree pathway.
