The Culinary Lead will inspire customers on their culinary journey, deliver and hold employees accountable for an exceptional cooking class experience, contribute to an environment where employees are informed and capable through training, maintain proper storage and service procedures, ensure food safety and temperature standards, provide coaching and performance feedback to culinary employees, increase cooking class and retail sales, anticipate and solve problems, stay informed about product knowledge and training, and partner with various departments as needed.
