Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in CRM including platform design and management, customer lifestyle segmentation, and omni-channel marketing
  • Strong background in project and stakeholder management
  • Experience in developing customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration, presenting to junior executives and senior leaders, tailoring content and delivery accordingly
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to understand and apply analytical judgment
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable goals and actions
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build collaborative relationships across departmental lines
  • Knowledge of the latest industry technologies, able to review and provide recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Operational process design and implementation of Target Operating Model
  • Work with IT team and external vendors to source and implement appropriate technology solutions for business initiatives
  • Audit, identify, and optimize campaign strategies and factors impacting program performance; identify trends, issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities across CRM programs continuously
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on increasing new users (NU) and sales for brands
  • Support strategic campaign planning, including working with Operations Manager for Pediatrics & Adults and CRM Manager Analytics to identify key performance metrics, required resources, systems integrations, and develop end-to-end project plans
  • Liaise with Brand teams and related parties on program setup, execution, and operational reporting/analyses
  • Manage daily operations including supervising campaign execution and resolving operational issues
  • Create and update internal CRM Operations procedure documents as needed
  • Schedule campaign WIP meetings and circulate follow-up actions
  • Manage and resolve campaign operational issues
