Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns
  • Design and build emails using drag and drop editors (Klaviyo)
  • Ensure all email templates follow brand guidelines and are optimised for deliverability
  • Proof and QA email campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
  • Assist with client support
  • Generate basic reports and analyse data
  • Provide administrative support to the CRM team
