Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10+ years leading consumer brands, with experience in youth, culture, or digital-first companies
  • Strong business acumen with proven track record of driving user & revenue growth
  • Proven track record across all marketing disciplines with full-funnel experience
  • Skilled in extracting and leveraging consumer insights to inform successful brand campaign strategies and executions
  • Deep understanding of Thai consumer behavior, media landscape, social trends, and culture, especially among Gen Z
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: strategist and do-er, hands-on leader with start-up mentality, willing to take risks and explore new possibilities
  • Team player with experience leading teams and navigating metrics organizations by setting clear and challenging goals
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to change
  • Fluency in Thai and English
  • Optional: Mobility and experience in other Southeast Asian countries

Responsibilities

  • Set-up and implement end-to-end brand strategy and achieve brand and business growth in Thailand
  • Develop integrated weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing strategies and campaigns for revenue, equity, and user base expansion
  • Design big ideas: create marketing campaigns resonating with Thai culture, youth, and Gen Z across brand, partnerships, media, social, PR, etc
  • Orchestrate unforgettable activations and multi-channel storytelling to position Tinder at the center of culture and conversation
  • Lead development of compelling marketing collateral, content, and messages with agency partners
  • Manage multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, social, offline, performance, PR, business development, and partnerships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and global teams for cohesive marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive market growth, achieve targets, and maintain brand health
  • Ensure marketing effectiveness & efficiency, aligning with country goals and managing fiscal budgets
  • Oversee execution of marketing initiatives including localized CRM, PR, IRL, growth, brand, performance, and influencer marketing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product/engineering, analytics, other regions, Match Group brands) to align marketing strategies
  • Provide clear understanding of local consumer insights, product usage, cultural nuances, and user behavior
