Development/consulting/implementation experience is an asset
Experience with database concepts and expertise in MS Excel

Responsibilities

Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client
Create documentation and participate in project meetings
Be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of the solution
Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead
Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs using best practices
Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training
Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure delivery of a tailored solution meeting client specifications
Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships
Provide support needed, online or in-person, in every step of the process
