Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client
  • Create documentation and participate in project meetings
  • Be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of the solution
  • Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead
  • Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs using best practices
  • Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training
  • Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure delivery of a tailored solution meeting client specifications
  • Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships
  • Provide support needed, online or in-person, in every step of the process
