Requirements

5+ years of experience with Workday Core Financial Management, Expense Management and Adaptive
5+ years of experience managing teams within a technical environment
7+ years of work experience in information systems and/or functional finance roles providing user support
Familiarity with Workday reporting and security concepts
Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Workday Help, Jira, ServiceNow, and Monday.com
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Broad knowledge of accounting principles, financial business processes, and financial data, reporting, and analytics
Track record of successfully managing and optimizing Workday systems in a fast-paced environment
Workday Financials or other Workday certification(s) (Preferred)
Knowledge of Adaptive Planning (Preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Manage the Workday Financial and Expense Management system and related business processes
Act as a technology expert and communicate technical concepts in business terms
Collaborate with departments to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements
Provide production support to functional subject matter experts (SMEs)
Document configuration changes and status of work through Workday Help
Partner with other members of the Workday Support team to maintain the foundational data model
Coordinate the support of financial related integrations with the technology support team
Manage the uptake, testing, and implementation of new Workday features
Support implementation of new functionality to support the functional owners
Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and adoptions to drive value to the business
