Zoom is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Monetization Manager to join our pricing team. This high-impact role is responsible for creating and contributing to Zoom’s pricing and packaging initiatives for our Phone business. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, excellent analytical abilities, solid communication skills, and the capacity to influence and build consensus across cross-functional teams. Experience in monetization strategy within the UCaaS and Voice Communications space is highly preferred.
By partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Finance teams, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth, conduct market research, and define and execute global pricing models and frameworks. You will also develop strategies to meet specific regional and local market demands and collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution and market launch.
