Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal) are required, along with a proactive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn sales operations processes.

Responsibilities

The Deal Support Coordinator will review and verify incoming deals for accuracy, ensuring transactions adhere to revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines. Responsibilities include ensuring proper documentation and resolution of non-standard deal approvals, handling contract amendments, and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce CPQ by correcting discrepancies. The role involves accurately entering and updating deal data in Salesforce and related systems, monitoring and routing requests from the internal Slack deal support hotline, and serving as a subject matter expert for customer-facing teams. Additionally, the coordinator must consistently meet defined SLAs and service standards for timely bookings and resolutions, and provide general administrative support to the Deal Desk team.
