Required skills include a passion for solving business problems with quantitative data, experience with research platforms like Qualtrics or Decipher, proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Word), the ability to communicate quantitative analyses clearly, a logic-driven understanding of data, and strong interpersonal skills.
The Consumer Insights & Research Analyst will represent the voice of the consumer to multiple brands by delivering fact-based consumer and customer understanding through primary research, market segmentation, and surveys. This role involves supporting data analysis from internal and external sources to inform brand reputation, consumer experience, and responses to brand initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting consumer research to identify actionable insights and unmet consumer needs for marketing activations and new products, providing insights and recommendations on industry trends and competitive activities to influence company strategy, assisting with managing vendor relationships for research projects, developing expertise in various data sources for brand deep-dives, building strong relationships with internal clients and presenting findings, and mining consumer research to identify growth targets and opportunities.
