The Legal Researcher will be responsible for researching legal requirements and managing licensing and compliance for various product offerings based on federal and state laws. This role involves conducting thorough contract reviews, ensuring compliance with state insurance, finance, and data privacy laws, and assisting in the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements with partners and vendors. Additionally, the Legal Researcher will aid in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's legal and compliance policies and procedures to effectively manage legal and business risks.
