Graduated from a top business school or engineering school, with a specialization in project management or information systems engineering
4 to 8 years of experience in digital transformation and information systems consulting, acquired in a leading consulting firm in Morocco or internationally, or within the IT departments of large groups
Participated in innovative projects and enjoy solving complex problems on international projects
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with advanced proficiency in IT tools (PowerPoint and Excel)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Based in Casablanca
Responsibilities
Involved in high-value-added missions combining functional and technical (information systems) dimensions, including: developing digital strategies / IS strategies; diagnosing and defining IS evolution trajectories; evaluating maturity and optimizing the DSI operational model; scoping and supporting SI transformation projects; developing financial models for SI transformation; conducting IT Due Diligence and IT M&A missions
Participate in project ownership for IS evolution (expressing needs, assisting in solution selection, developing functional specifications, monitoring and participating in testing phases)
Participate in project/program management (coordinating and steering workstreams, monitoring risks, budget and resources, reporting, optimizing project portfolios)
Participate in the evolution of organization and operational processes (organizational diagnostics, designing and implementing organizations, mapping, diagnosing and optimizing processes and information systems)
Support management on business development and firm eminence topics: participating in writing commercial proposals; preparing thematic analyses / market studies; participating in internal projects and firm life
