Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with direct experience processing LATAM contractor payroll and U.S. FTE payroll, along with proven experience with commission structures and bonus schemes. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of LATAM health insurance and labor practices is also necessary.
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will administer biweekly/monthly payroll for U.S. FTEs and LATAM contractors, calculate and process variable compensation including sales commissions and performance bonuses, oversee and administer benefits programs including U.S. health, dental, and vision insurance and LATAM health coverage, provide timely resolution to employee benefits issues, maintain and audit payroll and benefits data in HRIS, ensure compliance with labor laws and benefit regulations, support annual compensation cycles and audits, assist in analyzing pay bands and market data, and partner closely with HR Business Partners to advise employees on compensation and benefits inquiries. They will also research and identify new benefits offerings to enhance the total rewards package.
