Requirements

Candidates should have at least 7 years of progressive experience in benefits and compensation analysis and administration, with demonstrated experience in multiple areas of Compensation and Benefits. Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, are required, along with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A mindset focused on working smarter with simple, scalable, and automated processes, strong self-motivation, a good work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Knowledge of federal and state legislation and compliance requirements for benefits, such as HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and FLSA, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Total Rewards Manager will support the administration, analysis, and management of global compensation, US benefits, and wellness programs. Responsibilities include partnering with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and department leaders on offers, promotions, and transfers, supporting annual compensation review cycles, and preparing compensation materials for executive meetings. The role involves participating in compensation surveys and market benchmarking, assisting with job leveling and job architecture, and managing the day-to-day administration of US benefit and wellness programs, including compliance and eligibility. Additionally, the manager will monitor and report on benefits utilization trends, conduct monthly benefit invoice audits, and partner with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of benefit initiatives.
