Responsibilities

  • Develop commercialization playbooks including Commercial Readiness (market research, customer intelligence, commercial value proposition, financial modeling, pricing strategies, local policies & regulatory requirements)
  • Develop commercialization playbooks including Operational readiness (support model design, sales structure enablement, merchant boarding journey, and system updates)
  • Develop commercialization playbooks including GTM (Go-To-Market) (launch plan, measurement & reporting on KPIs, marketing & product marketing branding, messaging, and materials)
  • Rollout commercialisation frameworks across the Central Europe region through running workshops for product launches
  • Remediate product performance gaps
  • Ensure customer readiness and adoption
  • Drive cross-functional alignment
  • Train local teams on best practices for commercialisation
