Responsibilities

  • Provide wing-to-wing leadership for the creation, development, and commercial activation of customer-facing service products and corresponding offerings
  • Drive and accelerate service growth through services product development and commercial activation excellence
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service offerings
  • Partner with commercial teams to increase system sales and balance the needs of commercial and service teams
  • Assist in training and development of service sales teams
  • Clear communication of important information to service sales and other relevant audiences
  • Drive and prioritize new service introduction and improvement requirements from global product, digital, and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective value propositions and key opinion leader development
  • Work with global product and service teams to develop go-to-market strategies for digital solutions
  • Manage the investment plan for WHXR and drive commercial activation excellence
