  • Proficiency in utilizing tools to obtain financial, margin, and performance data for the WHXR Strategic Business Unit
  • Expertise to act on financial and performance metrics when trending negatively, including understanding causes, taking corrective action, and monitoring progress
  • Ability to serve as an expert resource for WHXR Service for Service Sales and WHXR Commercial team
  • Skills to partner with Commercial team using Service incentives and/or existing installed base to increase system sales, balancing needs of Commercial and Service teams with a franchise mindset
  • Capability to assist in training, including new hire (Service Sales) training and training on topical issues such as New Service Introductions
  • Strong clear communication skills, including sending formal communications memos to Service Sales and other relevant audiences
  • Ability to drive and prioritize new service introduction and improvement requirements from global product, digital, and engineering teams, region customers, and commercial teams based on customer value, industry trend, competitive landscape, growth dynamics, speed to market, technical roadmap, and return on investment
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing to drive effective value proposition and Key Opinion Leader development per market and segment needs
  • Knowledge to work with global product and global service teams on understanding new Digital Solutions suitable for the USCAN market based on customer needs and market opportunity, then independently develop a go-to-market strategy considering commercial considerations such as channel, commercial training, quoting, and revenue recognition
  • Ability to work with marketing to conduct market research to discover customers’ unmet needs and commercial opportunities, utilizing understanding of industry trends to inform decision making
  • Capability to manage the investment plan for WHXR

Responsibilities

  • Provide wing-to-wing leadership for the creation, development, and commercial activation of customer-facing service products and corresponding offerings related to the WHXR Strategic Business Unit
  • Drive and accelerate service growth through services product development and commercial activation excellence for WHXR products and related digital solutions across the USCAN region, based on customer segment needs and sales/delivery channels for Value Delivery and Value Creation
  • Lead New Service Introduction (NSI) coordination including new product and enterprise digital solutions, readiness, and activation with USCAN Marketing that coincides with New Product Introductions, including commercialization activities and pricing
  • Lead and create New Service Offerings for new Go-To-Market offerings that augment and/or replace legacy portfolio offerings
  • Have wing-to-wing ownership of WHXR offerings
