Responsibilities
Reporting digital, video, print, events, and client revenue into the Director of Operations (UK), with a dotted line into the Head of Industry
Continuously analysing revenue, identifying key opportunities and gaps across all platforms
Updating and maintaining all sales pipelines
Driving the commercial sales team to hit targets, through continuous compilation of competitor analysis and assisting with anything needed to pitch business to clients and agencies
Ensuring all revenue is being accounted for accurately each month, by chasing for all orders/revenue to be committed by the end of the month
Working in partnership with the Director of Operations (UK) and the other Commercial Operations Strategy Manager to help drive the company’s efforts towards a digital-first, cross-category business
Managing the flat-plan for core titles print editions and supplements
Working closely with Editorial teams, liaising on upcoming editorial themes and stories and sponsored supplements liaison across digital, video, print and events
Maintaining strong relationships with the Production department, liaising on all production elements for print edition and other printed commercial projects
Supporting the Director of Operations (UK) and the Commercial Operations Strategy Manager during holiday, sickness, or for elevated pieces of work as required
