Responsibilities

  • Reporting digital, video, print, events, and client revenue into the Director of Operations (UK), with a dotted line into the Head of Industry
  • Continuously analysing revenue, identifying key opportunities and gaps across all platforms
  • Updating and maintaining all sales pipelines
  • Driving the commercial sales team to hit targets, through continuous compilation of competitor analysis and assisting with anything needed to pitch business to clients and agencies
  • Ensuring all revenue is being accounted for accurately each month, by chasing for all orders/revenue to be committed by the end of the month
  • Working in partnership with the Director of Operations (UK) and the other Commercial Operations Strategy Manager to help drive the company’s efforts towards a digital-first, cross-category business
  • Managing the flat-plan for core titles print editions and supplements
  • Working closely with Editorial teams, liaising on upcoming editorial themes and stories and sponsored supplements liaison across digital, video, print and events
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the Production department, liaising on all production elements for print edition and other printed commercial projects
  • Supporting the Director of Operations (UK) and the Commercial Operations Strategy Manager during holiday, sickness, or for elevated pieces of work as required
