Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts responsible for driving insights and analytical impact
Inform strategy, shape decision-making, and accelerate growth through data
Guide analytical initiatives (people leadership and hands-on analysis)
For Product Analytics: Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to advance subscription product strategy and user experience; improve product functionality, pricing, adoption, and engagement across desktop and mobile; support experimentation, measurement, and success evaluation of new features
For Customer Analytics: Lead team uncovering insights across post-sale customer journey (onboarding, support, account management, enablement, retention); guide initiatives improving onboarding efficiency, engagement, retention, and expansion
Evolve product analytics function and support innovation in measuring product success (Product Analytics focus)
Empower teams with insights for confident, data-informed decisions as part of Strategy & Analytics department
