Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or enablement role within a Strategy Consulting or B2B SaaS environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with CRMs like Salesforce and Planhat are essential. Familiarity with data tools such as Excel and Omni, workflow optimization, tooling implementation, and AI tools like ChatGPT is required, with custom GPT creation being a plus. Excellent communication, organization, adaptability, and a passion for customer experience are also necessary.
The Customer Enablement Lead will design and execute strategic enablement initiatives, using customer insights and data to create scalable solutions like playbooks and automations. Responsibilities include building frameworks for faster problem-solving, managing and improving tooling (Salesforce, Planhat, Omni, ChatGPT, Helpjuice), and partnering with various internal teams for alignment. The role involves leading customer-facing programs such as onboarding, developing training materials, tracking enablement performance against KPIs, and applying AI tools to enhance efficiency and automation.
