Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead the development and execution of differentiated category strategies for Sysco's Specialty companies, focusing on expanding complementary categories. This includes identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, developing tailored assortment strategies, and collaborating with merchandising teams to deploy common assortment strategies. The role involves designing, launching, and managing cross-category commercial programs, partnering with sales, enablement, marketing, and pricing teams for field execution, and leveraging buying synergies with GSC Merchandising teams. Additionally, the position requires developing KPIs and reporting tools, driving change management and communication plans, and championing a culture of collaboration and innovation.
