Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain, with a focus on cold chain logistics
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build a new business line independently
  • Skilled in using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail) and dashboards like Salesforce or Metabase
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Create and run sales plans to grow cold chain product sales for B2C and B2B customers
  • Find and reach out to new customers through research and direct approaches
  • Promote the benefits of our cold chain product
  • Build good relationships with customers and give great service
  • Solve customer problems quickly and make sure they are satisfied
  • Work with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve our cold chain product based on customer needs
  • Handle the full sales process from start to finish
