Proven experience managing technical teams in a DevOps or SRE environment

Strong hands-on expertise in Linux Systems Administration

Responsibilities

Serve as a hands-on technical mentor, guiding engineers in areas such as Linux infrastructure, AWS compute services (ECS, EKS, EC2), and scripting
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence
Participate actively in incident and problem management processes
Oversee the health, performance, and scalability of AWS-hosted and legacy Linux environments
Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform and OpenTofu
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance across platforms
Champion DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, observability, and proactive monitoring
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reliability
Partner with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with organizational goals
