Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, system administration, or a related field, with a demonstrated history of managing large-scale, high-availability systems. Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure, including model deployment, inference optimization, and integration with services like AWS Bedrock is highly desirable. Expertise in Linux/Unix systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is required.
The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will provide production support on a shift according to the team on-call roster, working on customer and internal engineering/implementation team raised tickets. They will monitor and maintain the health and performance of services, systems, and infrastructure, responding to alerts and incidents promptly. The role involves developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools to streamline operations, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving incidents, participating in designing and implementing system improvements, collaborating with software engineers, creating and maintaining documentation, and assisting in capacity planning activities. Furthermore, they will implement and adhere to security best practices to protect systems and data.
