  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or an equivalent technical field
  • 8-10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering with 3+ years leadership experience
  • 3+ years' experience leading engineers implementing CI/CD pipelines
  • 2+ years' experience managing non-engineering functions like recruiting, financial budgets, and career development
