Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP), including experience with Epic and a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows. They should also have a passion for solving problems and creating new opportunities for clinicians, along with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and regulatory requirements is required.

Responsibilities

As the Clinical Success Director, you will provide clinician enablement through education and training, surface product feedback through expert advice, develop product strategy recommendations, monitor and track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics, and evangelize product capabilities to prospective customers. You will also collaborate with clients, partners, product managers, designers, machine learners, and healthcare professionals to bring products to life and improve clinician user experiences, while up to 20% travel may be required.
