  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of successful sales experience required, preferably in a medical device environment
  • Knowledge of the Polish public and private healthcare market
  • Knowledge of ultrasound technology (or Medical Imaging) and its applications in medical settings preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and decision making
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Self-motivated to work independently with little direct supervision
  • Good English

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and identify/capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactical plans
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting for the region
  • Observe and report market development and ensure corrective actions if necessary
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to increase awareness of ultrasound products among physicians and hospital administrators
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing Department regarding trends and changes discovered during sales activities
  • Coordinate the scheduling of clinical demonstrations at various locations throughout the territory
  • Arrange for transportation of equipment and coordinate the logistics of product evaluations
  • Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product introductions, and new marketing strategies
  • Act as a resource for colleagues
  • In collaboration with the Application Specialist and Country Manager, identify new clients and sell ultrasound products into therapeutic areas such as Cardiology, Radiology, Women’s Health
  • Actively participate in the strategy for Sales and Marketing Communication towards the market
  • Report to the Ultrasound Sales Manager Poland
