Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of successful sales experience required preferably in a medical device environment
  • Knowledgeable of ultrasound technology (or Medical Imaging) and its applications in medical settings preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with customers and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and decision making
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Self-motivated to work independently with little direct supervision
  • Good English
  • Knowledge of the Polish public and private healthcare market

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
  • Development and execution of sales strategies and tactical plans
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting for the region
  • Observe and report market development and ensure corrective actions if necessary
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to increase awareness of ultrasound products among physicians and hospital administrators who purchase diagnostic equipment
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing Department regarding trends and changes discovered during sales activities
  • Coordinate the scheduling of clinical demonstrations at various locations throughout territory
  • Arrange for transportation of equipment and coordinate the logistics of product evaluations
  • Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product introductions, and new marketing strategies
  • Act as a resource for colleagues
