Requirements

Candidates must possess professional interaction skills with customers and members, and have experience and understanding of event planning, including virtual and in-person events. Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills are essential, along with robust written and verbal communication and program management skills. Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, and other event platforms is required, as is an understanding of data tracking and analysis. Flexibility and problem-solving abilities are also necessary, with general knowledge of mental health and adult learning needs being a plus. Familiarity with SFDC or project management software is also advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Program Specialist will coordinate training and programming logistics, including creating virtual event platforms, identifying clinical providers, preparing materials like slide decks and surveys, and tracking metrics. They will deliver benefits overviews to customers during live events, produce clinical training and events by managing platforms, assisting with crisis response, managing interactions, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves planning and coordinating training and programming, communicating and planning events with customers and internal stakeholders, and measuring training and program effectiveness. The position requires working hours from 3-11 pm EST.
