Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant and Event Planner, the individual will provide support directly to the CEO and key stakeholders, managing schedules, correspondence, and tasks. They will also act as a liaison between the executive team and external stakeholders, plan and execute company and team events, manage event projects from conception to completion, oversee event promotion, handle confidential information, identify areas for improvement, and communicate event details effectively to all stakeholders.
