Candidates must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Connecticut, possessing at least five years of experience in healthcare operations, and demonstrating comfort with a flexible schedule. Experience with telemedicine and familiarity with Epic EMR and Salesforce are considered advantageous qualifications.
As a Clinical Operations Specialist, LPN, the role involves optimizing and developing clinical workflows to support both clinician and patient experience, mastering EHR systems and internal tools to create best-in-class clinical processes, receiving and analyzing incoming lab results, collaborating with vendors and suppliers, monitoring clinic phone lines, working with pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners on escalated issues, fulfilling required on-call shifts monitoring the Critical Lab Phone Line, preparing prior authorizations, efficiently processing EMR requests, and performing additional clinical and administrative duties as needed.
