The Role: Clinical Program Pharmacist

Arine is seeking a Clinical Program Pharmacist to join a strong team of clinicians, data scientists, and engineers. This role will contribute to the development and maintenance of Arine’s software platform and the optimization of patient outcomes for clients. The Clinical Program Pharmacist will be instrumental in building a product that empowers clinicians to provide expert medication therapy consultation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clinical care, engineering, product, and leadership teams to improve Arine’s software platform.
  • Supervise and maintain the clinical quality of the product content.
  • Assist in clinical program development.
  • Serve as a liaison for patients and outside providers on product enhancements as the platform expert.
  • Have a direct impact on patient care through the delivery of the core enterprise.
  • Stay abreast of new developments in the fast-moving drug field, including emerging patterns, treatment guidelines, and best practices.
  • Promote a cooperative working relationship with clients and team members through effective communication, respect, and professional acceptance of feedback.
  • Act to meet patient needs and learn new skills to achieve quality customer service and patient care.

Reporting Structure

The Clinical Program Pharmacist receives assignments and functions under the supervision of Clinical Program Pharmacist Leads and the VP of Clinical Programs.
