Responsibilities

This role involves ensuring delivery KPIs are met, proactively addressing potential issues, and aiding in the expansion of the 3PL business by building business processes and managing the supply chain. Key duties include assisting with truck scheduling, working with carriers and 3PL partners, monitoring and reporting on KPIs, supporting cross-functional teams for delivery flow, assisting operations with the 3PL business, and managing weekly/monthly expenses.
