The Clinical Operations Associate will assist the LPN with non-medical tasks, train Care Concierge staff on urgent duties, serve as an expert in all Care Concierge tasks, act as a liaison between patients, clinical operations, and healthcare providers, establish close relationships with patients, coordinate appointments and schedule follow-up visits, conduct intake assessments and needs assessments, provide information about treatment options and resources, and support clinicians in delivering high-quality, efficient care.
