Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management and prioritization abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills with adaptability. Exceptional customer service skills, a high level of organizational knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. Familiarity with EMRs, particularly eClinicalWorks, is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Operations Coordinator will partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive clinician satisfaction and operational excellence by fielding and responding to clinician questions, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring resolution. Key responsibilities include coordinating provider preferences, managing provider exits and patient transfers, scheduling onboarding meetings, assisting with schedule management for leadership, and completing ad-hoc projects and meeting material development.
