As a Member Services Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with Maven members through various channels, answering non-complex inquiries related to fertility managed services and benefits design, addressing payment-related issues within the Maven Wallet, assisting with reimbursement documentation, processing receipts, creating and maintaining program overviews, triaging tickets, providing general support regarding common member issues, and supporting basic operational work related to the Wallet product.
