The Technical Client Services Representative will provide software support, respond to client inquiries, and offer implementation services for the Bad Plan Code Detection product. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, determining the scope of problems, managing client issues in Salesforce, configuring customer settings, educating clients on product usage, maintaining product knowledge, monitoring system status, communicating proactively with customers, escalating complex issues, and documenting solutions to foster positive client relationships.
