Responsibilities

The Client Services Analyst is responsible for developing care teams and schedules for assigned clients, analyzing practitioner availability, and presenting schedules to caregivers. They will manage client schedules to meet state and funder requirements, handle complex escalations, and de-escalate situations by identifying alternative solutions. Responsibilities include making schedule offers within required timeframes, forming new treatment groups, maintaining ongoing group treatment, and ensuring clients receive timely appointment offers to comply with regulations. The analyst will also collaborate with clinical teams, provide coverage for other analysts, respond to inquiries via phone and email, maintain accurate documentation, analyze reports for client and staff hours, and design schedules for clinical management. Additionally, they will manage a high volume of incoming requests, meet regularly with clinical management, and perform other assigned duties.
