Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and have over 3 years of customer-facing support experience. A strong understanding of the consumer credit reporting marketplace and proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM are required. The ability to learn independently and in a structured environment, along with a willingness to volunteer for team-selling activities, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Client Support Specialist will perform support and sales activities for Experian Preferred clients and prospects, developing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of client environments, identifying applications for Experian products, coordinating communication for product/service changes, and holding meetings with clients. The role involves identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, researching sales and service opportunities, providing customer intelligence to sales and marketing, training users on Experian services, communicating client account needs, and maintaining contact with product/service users. Specific tasks include managing batch programs, assisting with DaaS implementation, consulting on compliance, submitting invoice credits/debits, managing client audits, setting up subcodes, and managing reports.
