Requirements

Candidates must possess a College Degree (BS, BA, or related) with a Master's degree preferred and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the training or learning environment. Strong instructional design experience, experience interacting with stakeholders in problem-solving, and project/program management skills in a deadline-driven environment are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint), Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, and experience with SCORM and learning management systems are essential. Excellent organizational, detail-orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Learning Architect will collaborate with business units to develop and implement effective learning programs for field sales professionals, both in-person and distance learning. This includes designing sound instructional content, coordinating and facilitating workshop sessions, and developing engaging learning sustainment strategies using various media and gamification concepts. Responsibilities also involve evaluating and editing existing learning programs, developing and maintaining curricula, and using learning technologies. The role requires influencing and collaborating with cross-functional commercial stakeholders, communicating and executing initiatives with the L&D team and business units, and reporting on the business impact of learning programs.
