The Vet Clinic Support Associate will support existing Vetcove users by responding to inquiries via ticketing software. They will try to recreate any reported bugs, document the steps to reproduce them, and submit tickets for engineering. The associate will investigate data issues, resolve them or submit data engineering tickets, and communicate with clinics once issues are resolved. They will troubleshoot issues quickly, explain scenarios and solutions effectively, and handle various daily and weekly administrative responsibilities including proactive account management and item issue reports.
Centralized platform for veterinary supply procurement
