We help veterinary organizations spend more time giving care and less time shopping and comparing across vendors. The Support Associate role is responsible for solving complex support inquiries involving software bugs or data issues, liaising with veterinary professionals to support their purchasing decisions through the Vetcove platform. This role is pivotal in driving solutions to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in a relevant customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Knowledge of intercom or experience with other chat platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support existing Vetcove users by responding to user inquiries via ticketing software.
  • Recreate software bugs and document steps to reproduce issues, submitting tickets for engineering.
  • Investigate data issues and either resolve them or submit data engineering tickets.
  • Respond to clinics after issue resolution or provide additional information for investigation.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and explain scenarios/solutions effectively.
  • Handle daily and weekly admin responsibilities, including:
    • Proactive account management
    • Item issue reports
    • Item reviews
    • Credit approvals
  • Work cross-functionally to provide information on feature requests and recommendations to engineering, partner, and corporate teams.
