Requirements

Candidates must have a successful track record in a client-facing role and possess collaborative customer service and relationship-building expertise. They should be capable of modifying communication for technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating creative and analytical problem-solving skills, and exhibiting excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. A self-starter attitude with a proactive approach and comfort in asking questions is also required.

Responsibilities

The Customer Support Representative will build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and supporting data contribution to Experian’s consumer credit database. Responsibilities include reviewing document accuracy, onboarding new data furnishers, guiding them through initial reporting, assisting with Metric Report concerns, and supporting data furnishers who trigger monitoring activities to maintain data accuracy. The representative will act as the primary point of contact for clients, fielding calls and emails, partnering with sales teams, leading client meetings for onboarding and education, and participating in scrum meetings to review escalations and blockers. They will also escalate items to senior team members while owning client resolution and supporting outreach for data monitoring activities.
