The Client Success Manager will act as a strategic advisor, project manager, and product expert to help clients maximize their benefits from Maven's products and services. Responsibilities include leading a portfolio of employer clients, maintaining high client engagement and satisfaction, collaborating with partner executives, consulting clients on supporting working parents, converting clients into advocates, managing client issues, providing strategic analysis of member engagement, owning client communications, serving as the voice of the client internally, leveraging data to optimize programs, and owning retention and expansion strategies.
